Meaningful Work From Day One These positions set the vision, objectives, and strategies for some of the key brands of B-F portfolio in Italy (Diplomatico Rum and Tequilas). Brand Manager is a key strategic thought partner to the Senior Brand Managers on brand strategy, business development & priorities and resource allocation. The BM will be responsible to develop annual and long-term strategic brand plans for Italy, collaborating closely with cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
What You Can Expect Be responsible in developing and implementing the Marketing Plan for the above brands:
Get a good diagnosis of brand's performance & opportunities, define Marketing priorities, objectives, strategies, action plan and kpi's. Develop a close working relationship with global brand teams to align brand plans, long-term strategic direction and collaborate on building the required assets for the market. Work in close collaboration with IMC (Integrated marketing communication) and with the support of the SBM (Senior Brand Manager) to lead the Media agenda to reach & communicate in a relevant way, considering all key touchpoints. Work closely with Trade Marketing to get alignment on priorities and activities across channels, sharing a common agenda. Lead the development and excellent execution in collaboration with external agencies and considering BF guidelines & internal approvals required. Continuously track and improve brand activation and brand experience delivered. Be the link with sales and trade to evaluate brands performance by channel, area and upcoming opportunities. Building on Insights:
Actively seeking into consumer, brand and business insights to inform the organization of new trends & implications to the business in collaboration with the Brand and Business Insights team. Analysis of the Consumer Takeaway on a monthly basis to get actionable insights. Manage and monitor A&P Budget:
Be an expert of the different elements that affect the P&L overall. Manage A&P Budget, allocating and optimizing the resources according to BF guidelines. Monitoring A&P spent. Responsibilities/approximate priority split:

College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent).
Must Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in FMCG marketing preferable in Spirits and/or On premise driven companies. Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management or marketing. Proven track record of successfully delivering brand growth in a highly competitive environment. Business acumen, understanding of P&L and experience on budget management. Experience in managing agencies, creating briefings & giving constructive feedback. Proficiency in Nielsen analysis. Proven experience on developing Media plans able to establish & track the right Kpis to evaluate performance. Fluent in Italian & English, oral and written. What Makes You Unique Experience in spirits or image driven premium brands. Previous experience of managing Media campaigns. Know-how of on-trade and e-commerce. Portfolio management. Superb creative flair, passionate about building brands. Superior communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations, written). Great analytical skills, commercial savvy and solution-focused to solving problems. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels with strong stakeholder awareness. Collaborative team player, with conflict management skills. Self-starter with proven ability to plan and prioritize with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects. Strategic thinking – is able to structure insights, strategy, and action in a clear & compelling way. Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently based on logical assumptions and factual information. Able and willing to travel internationally and attend evening events when needed.
