We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to cover a maternity leave (as of January) in our **Marketing Department **as** Brand Manager, in Carapelli Firenze, **based in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (Florence, Italy) - Carapelli Firenze.
**What are we looking for?
**
As Brand Manager you'll be responsible for some of our top brands, and you'll ensure the smooth running of the following activities:
- Support the portfolio strategy
- Roll out innovation projects
- Execute and track the local marketing plans, with focus on:
- Integrated consumer and customer Brand activity plan
- Communication and PR plan
- Definition and execution of BTL initiatives
- Operational management of assigned marketing budget
In your role of Brand Manager you'll be asked to support and smoothly manage different interfunctional relationships, daily cooperating with trade-marketing, sales, operations and global marketing teams.
**You will need some experience and knowledge to match with the role**:
- University Education with Degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven expertise in Marketing in a FMCG global organization _(a minimum of 2-3 years working experience)._
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
Spanish an advantage.
- Process-oriented, fact-based and a strong sense of purpose.
- Strong communication skills.
