Brand ManagerOur client, a leader in the food industry, is looking for a Brand Manager.Main activitiesManage the brand portfolio with a focus on profitability and rotation.Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to support business growth decisions.Develop long-term innovation plans.Design the future portfolio and manage a fast-paced innovation pipeline.Define business cases to support innovation projects.Define products with a specific focus on recipes, claims, and formats.Set prices, including list definitions and recommended retail prices per channel/country.Develop packaging.Design and implement a marketing plan that supports global brand growth.Manage and monitor the marketing budget.Execute branding and category projects in collaboration with other team members.Requirements4/5 years of experience in a similar role.Excellent knowledge of English.Proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Willingness to work in an international and dynamic environment.BenefitsManagement by Objectives (MBO)Meal vouchersWelfare benefitsCompensation PackagePermanent contractFlexible working hoursCompanyOur client, a leader in the food industry, manufactures and markets products under well-known brands.
