Description Overview
The Brand Manager will implement and monitor product/brand marketing plans to achieve sales and profit objectives, working closely with local and global stakeholders.
Scope of the Role
Analyze how our brands are positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues Brand P&L management, in line with targets, to ensure financial shape Experience Required
The key requirement is Brand management experience within the FMCG/Consumer Health/Pharma sector (Food Supplements/Medical Devices a plus) Experience in devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate University degree (ideally Marketing/Business/Statistics/Management) Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix Be able to demonstrate creativity and ability to think outside of the box Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external partners (creative, media, market research agencies) Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Good communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets Advanced English Knowledge of market data analysis (IQVIA/NewLine/Nielsen) Advanced Microsoft Office Digital Marketing experience is a plus Benefits
