For Specialty Care Category, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Brand Manager, focused on Anti-infective portfolio.
MISSION: Directly reporting to the Specialty Care Marketing Lead, he/she will contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive and innovative customer-focused brand plans. He/she will work in partnership with the Senior Brand Manager supporting the growing Anti-infective portfolio, including the launch of a new asset.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the development and implementation of customer-focused brand plans, programs, and initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues. For new AI brand, work in partnership with Sr Brand Manager to plan and execute local launch. Closely cooperate with Field Force and Medical colleagues to effectively deliver tactical plans. Lead omnichannel plan definition and execution, in collaboration with the omnichannel marketing team, ensuring full adherence to internal and external policies. Support meetings & congresses management. Work closely with the International Commercial Office (ICO) team to localize global strategies and tactics, with a special focus on reuse of branded and unbranded campaigns. Collaborate with local creative agency to implement tactical and communication plan. Ensure that all brand plans and activities are in full compliance with Pfizer SOPs, laws & regulations. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: University Degree (scientific or economic). 2-3 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing. Knowledge of Anti-infective therapeutic area (preferred). Fluency in Business English and Italian. Experience working within matrix organizations. Good knowledge of computer skills and web marketing expertise/attitude to public speaking.
