Brand Manager

Main activities Manage the brand portfolio with a focus on profitability and rotation.Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to support business growth decisions.Develop long-term innovation plans: Design the future portfolio and manage a fast-paced innovation pipeline.Define business cases to support innovation projects.Define products with a specific focus on recipes, claims, and formats.Set prices, including list definitions and recommended retail prices per channel/country.Develop packaging.
Design and implement a marketing plan that supports global brand growth.Manage and monitor the marketing budget.Execute branding and category projects in collaboration with other team members.
Requirements 4/5 years of experience in a similar role.Excellent knowledge of English.Proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Willingness to work in an international and dynamic environment.
