We are looking for a Brand House Manager to organize daily operations and provide an excellent customer experience.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities Planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of the hospitality staff to ensure efficiency;Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards, preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service (target audience: Partners, Tourists, Customers);Onboarding new temporary staff (e.g. bartender, barback);Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food supplies for the kitchen, as well as beverages to stock the bar and fridges;Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses;Nurture friendly relationships with local stakeholders to increase loyalty and boost our reputation;Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.The profile requires Soft Skills Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends, holidays, night events);Guest-oriented and service-minded;Entrepreneurial attitude.Technical Skills Proven food and beverage management experience;Work experience as Store Manager/F&B Manager;Highly fluent in English and Italian.If you think you are a good match, but don't necessarily meet every single point above, please still apply.
