This manager will serve as a true guardian of our brand and provide continuous design-driven guidance across a wide variety of projects spanning the business.
They will also lead their own projects, focusing on managing the brand and executing the brand creatively and strategically in ways that strengthen its equity with internal and agency partners.
This job is a very dynamic work experience that gives our future manager the opportunity to learn and execute across the business and flex the full range of their managerial, strategic, and creative skills.Main Responsibilities:Inputting on, or creating, new design-driven guidelines across a variety of channels across Lifestyle, Sportscars, and Racing souls of the business – using our internal and agency resources.
This will include: event guidelines, racing guidelines, dealership guidelines, and more.Collaboration on cross-department projects that will require your brand design input guardianship throughout the process to ensure an on-brand and consistent experience and look/feel.
Projects can entail anything that involves the Ferrari look/feel or experience and spans across: Racing (ex: hospitality experience and design, and racing events); Lifestyle (ex: museums content and theme park guidelines application); Marketing projects (sport cars/client events and dealerships design and content).Leadership of brand equity specific projects, such as creating brand-driven video and static assets for different events and digital platforms; design of office buildings/rooms wayfinding; creation of printed collateral, books, cards, templates, etc.Collection of racing touchpoints at key points during the year to review and align on their look and feel with key stakeholders.Required Profile:In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results and you will have gained at least 5+ years of dedicated experience in the communication field.At Ferrari, you must exhibit the capability to think cross-channel and categorically, be detail and process-oriented, and structured.
You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning).
You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team.
