Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.
We want you as a talented Brand, Content & Events Manager to help us in our mission by helping us communicate our mission, engage key audiences, elevate our employer brand to attract top talent, and execute impactful events. This role will play a crucial part in driving our overall brand strategy, content creation, lobbying efforts, and event execution.
Key Responsibilities In your capacity as a Brand, Content & Events Manager, your role will be continuously evolving, but day to day your duties will include:
Content Strategy & Creation: In this role, you'll create engaging content across various platforms and help craft the company's brand message while supporting recruitment and lobbying efforts.
Social Media Content: Manage a content calendar, producing engaging multimedia content for all platforms.
Employer Branding Content: Collaborate with HR to showcase company culture and values for recruitment.
Lobbying Content: Develop creative advocacy materials to support our goals before the European Ministerial Conference in 2025
General Brand Content: Create written and visual content to support the company's overall brand narrative.
Events & Marketing: You will lead the strategy and budget for events and marketing across the company:
Oversight over the whole events & marketing strategy & budget
Execution of industry, lobbying, and employer branding events to build key relationships and enable company goals in each
Identifying new and strategic ways to promote the TEC brand & mission in key areas linked to company KPIs.
TEC Community Engagement: You will responsible for nurturing the overall TEC community, be it customers, potential customers, investors, stakehoders through events, communication and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Public Relations: Craft press releases and media kits, engage with journalists and manage media requests to maximize brand exposure.
What we would love to see from you A candidate would ideally have the following:
Experience: 3-5 years in branding, content creation, and event management, preferably in the space industry.
Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing social media platforms and driving engagement.
Employer Branding: Experience creating content to support recruitment and talent acquisition.
Lobbying Content: Experience developing materials for advocacy and governmental engagement.
Space enthusiast: ready to change the European space industry
Creativity & Vision: ready to take ownership and push the boundaries of what can be done
Project Management Skills: keen ability to own a project efficiently from end-to-end, managing team members and stakeholders seamlessly
Very strong communication skills in English
Preferable to be strong communicator in French, German, Italian or other European language
