We are looking for a* motivated **Brand Communication Strategist** to join our Milan office.
In this role, you will help shape clients' strategic direction, leveraging your skills to uncover insights that drive effective communication strategies.
You will work closely with clients and teams to provide strategic guidance and support the execution of communication plans.
As a strategist at Together, you will foster relevant conversations, transforming data and trends into compelling narratives that make a real impact.
**What will be your tasks as "BrandCommunication Strategist"?

- ** Strategy Development**: Assist in the creation and execution of communication strategies.
- ** Creative Environment Facilitation**: Contribute to a collaborative environment, participating in brainstorms and discussions.
- ** Media Landscape Expertise**: Maintain knowledge of leading and emerging media channels, with a focus on digital.
- ** Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on cultural trends to inform strategic decisions.
- ** Strategic Support**: Provide strategic insights and support planning through execution.
- ** Client Collaboration**: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- ** Proactive Improvement**: Identify and suggest opportunities to enhance work quality and impact.

**How the selection process works (2 to 4 weeks)**

- 30-minute motivational call with us and People Culture;
- We will send you a mini-brief and we would like to see your reasoning on the matter, feel free to use the most suitable tool for your work (Excel, PowerPoint, etc);
- Interview in person at C32 with the key people of the Together team, you will present your project work and we will talk about your role, your expectations, culture fit and growth opportunities.
