In line with the strategic guidelines received from Corporate Marketing, the Brand and Product Marketing Coordinator delivers marketing campaigns and toolboxes to support sales and the Brand and Product team development, working with internal and external agencies, Company's internal departments and local offices.
- 4 - 5 years working experience in marketing or trade marketing function (multinational companies preferred);
- Fluent English. Any other EU language is considered an advantage;
- MS Office tools knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- BA or MA in Economics (Marketing is an advantage);
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and to coordinate complex tasks;
- Strong analytical, time management, problem-solving and team working skills;
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to details;
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, independent and reliable;
- Available to frequently travel for business.
- Analyse trends, competitors and consumers' profiles;
- Support Corporate Marketing in creating and in delivering multi-channel campaigns to local offices on time and on budget, working across a highly matrixial organization to collect information and to share with the relevant stakeholders;
- Brief internal and external agencies in creating marketing materials, including sales and product collateral, ensuring brand guidelines are met, delivering campaigns on time and on budget (briefing, scheduling, follow-up);
- Support Corporate Marketing in the campaigns production (execution of photo\/video shootings), taking care of organization and logistics.
