To enhance the experience across Ferrari's global ecosystem, the Lifestyle department has three pillars: Personal Luxury Goods, Collectibles and Experience. The role of Ferrari Lifestyle is to fuel long term growth by broadening our customers' base and expanding our value proposition beyond our core business, while preserving our brand's DNA, its heritage and values.
In this role, you will be included within the **Lifestyle department**, specifically in the retail environment. You will support the Brand Advisors in the daily management of sales activities to ensure a high level of customer experience and retail excellence.
- Then main activities will be:
- Support the Brand Advisors during sales activities and sales ceremonies, ensuring the best sales experience for the Ferrari customer;
- Support during in-store events, from material preparation to reception;
**Required profile**
You will ideally be recent graduate or student (eligible for internship).
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.
Interest in **retail **and the **fashion luxury **sector is appreciated and previous sales experience is a plus.
Fluent English is required.
