Today we are looking for _a_**_ Brand Manager_** who joins the Marketing and Customer Innovation function, to share with Brand and Advertising team the challenge and responsibility of crafting Costa brand appreciation and improving brand reputation, leveraging on insights and focused on strategy to attract customers and prospects.
We're looking for mix of creative talent, strategic mindset and passionate team leader, with experience in implementing complex communication projects and/or event.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans strategies
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Creation and grounding of all digital materials related to the campaigns
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics
- Management of complex communication projects by guaranteeing the coordination of different departments and multiple stakeholders management.
- Promote corporate culture and values among employees, leveraging positive relationships with the company's leaders to obtain optimum results.
Requirements and skills:
- University background in marketing or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience as Brand Manager / Associate Brand Manager in global companies and/or advertising agencies
- Strong track record of brand and marketing strategies development and of strategic partnerships management.
- Ability and proven experience in organizing shooting and events.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Project management approach to deliver end-to-end complex communication initiatives
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Outstanding communication skills, influence and drive
- Flexibility to travel onboard our fleet
- Good knowledge of English (B2 minimum level required).
