Job Description Summary Lead the Finance function for a country (typically small revenue as per the Core Grid).
May lead a team of professionals and analysts.
Your Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Taking an active role in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a high degree of collaboration, curiosity & integrity with the objective of driving growth, productivity and efficiency for the business.
Overseeing and managing the strategic finance analysis and reporting system.
Establishing processes and leading financial planning, quarterly and annual budget allocation, and company finance forecasting along the full P&L and balance-sheet (sales, costs, profit, inventories).
Building & sustaining best-in-class analytical processes and high-quality financial insights including the usage of artificial intelligence and data analytics; supporting adoption of digital solutions among stakeholders in the organization.
Managing financial performance, monitoring business performance against objectives, identifying and implementing corrective actions when required.
Ensuring process improvements and cost efficiencies are defined and met; coordinating efforts with finance competence centers and local stakeholders.
Leading the implementation of risk management processes, financial compliance and controls (including Internal and External Audits, financial regulatory topics).
Coordinating activities of the controlling team.

Role Requirements: What you'll bring to the role: Essential Requirements: Degree in Business Administration / Economics; professional qualifications a plus (CPA/MBA).
5-7 years of relevant experience in Finance with specific experience in financial analysis and controlling.
Prior experience in audit, consulting and/or FMCG industry preferred.
Demonstrated analytical skills and critical thinking.
Proficient with Office tools and analytical relevant tools (e.g.
SAP BI, PowerBI, BPC).
High quality on financial and management reporting.
High integrity financial compliance and controls.
Excellent understanding and ability with ERP systems.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly present financial data and complex scenarios.
Proven leadership skill including indirect influencing.
Fluent in English and highly recommended Italian.
