We are currently seeking a Global Retail Operations Assistant as part of our dynamic team in Milan. How you will contribute Packaging and Uniform Support WW Retail Ops in a 360° management of non-merchandising categories and cooperation with the teams involved: Creative Team and Merchandising during the creation of new unforms and packaging collections. Finance Team for Budget and Forecast calculation. Industrial Team for timely production and delivery. Supply Chain and Distribution team for delivery in region Communicate with regional retail teams for launch in store and commitment to guidelines. After Sales Support WW Retail Ops team in: Implementing retail procedures and best practices Designing and delivering online and in person training for after sales experts in store Cooperating with Industrial team to ensure the best quality standard. Supporting Customer Care for client's requests Monitoring After Sales performance KPIs and service level in store Projects Support WW Retail Operations team in managing several Retail Operations projects, such as: Certificate of Craft developments and reporting Store Capacity Calculator implementation and Stockroom optimization initiatives After Sales excellence Other Retail Operations projects Other activities Support the team in the ordering flow for non-merchandising items. Support the team in weekly activities and meetings with the regional counterparts. Participate to Market visits to ensure Retail standards are applied consistently in the retail network. Perform competitor analysis and mystery shopping activities Who you are Degree in Economics or Engineering. Excellent analytical and planning skills Proficient in Microsoft office Previous working experience in luxury or fashion industry Fluent in English Strong team player Flexible and proactive Solution oriented Why work with us?
