We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
Day-by-day legal assistance to HR (except for employment matters), Security, Architecture and Facility, Retail and Wholesale teams.
Drafting and negotiation of agreements for construction or provision of services or goods to offices and stores (including, among others, NDA/confidentiality agreements, consultancy agreements, general contractor, millwork and other services or goods supply contracts).
Drafting and negotiation of retail and wholesale agreements (including, among others, real estate/business lease and/or sale and purchase agreements, concession, distribution, franchising, agency, partnership and license agreements).
Who you are:
Graduated in Law
3-5 years of experience in the Legal field
Fluency in Italian and English
Great attention to details and accuracy
Good interpersonal, time management and multitasking skills
Good working knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office package
