Borsa Italiana - Internship, HR Talent Acquisition TrainingBorsa Italiana Spa, the company responsible for the organization and management of Italian financial markets and now part of the Euronext Group, provides an internship opportunity within the HR Department as HR Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Intern.Workplace: Milan, Pizza degli Affari 6Key ResponsibilitiesWorking on different projects focusing on reporting for Talent Management and Acquisition, process improvement and candidate experienceCollaborate with Hiring managers during the recruiting process: screening CVs, conduct phone interviews, arrange interviews between hiring manager and candidatesAssist the candidates in the application process on our HR Management System (Workday)Supporting key Group HR projects and process improvements to provide value to the businessEnsuring alignment of HR processes by partnership with colleagues of the other countriesSupporting in organizing training opportunities for the employees and reporting activitiesCandidate ProfileMaster Degree in Languages, Economics, Human Resources or equivalentFluency in both spoken and written EnglishGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)Good communication skillsPrecision and attention to detailsOrganizational skillsA previous experience will be considered as a plusWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
