Borsa Italiana - Equity Admission Listing Internship

The Team is in charge of the listing process on Borsa Italiana stock markets: Euronext Milan and Euronext Growth Milan.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will support the team in the listing process:
Financial analysis of the issuer;Documentation check;Relationship with issuers and intermediaries.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate has:
Master's Degree in Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries;Good knowledge and interest in corporate finance and accounting;Good analytical skills;Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel);Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
