What's Meeters? We are building a new way to interact with people by leveraging technology. We have built a 37.000 customers community that is engaging through more than 350 events we organise every month for our customers, to socialise and meet new people with the same interests to spend quality time together. What we are looking for We have grown a lot since 2019 and our team already counts 40 people! That's why we are looking for a "Booking Specialist'' to join our amazing Travel Team. The role consists in being responsible for the booking management, customer assistance, allotment control and following up the booking in our destination. Role highlights Provide excellent customer service to Meeters' community: deliver accurate solutions and detailed pieces of information about our products, negotiate and sell accurate and cost effective travel arrangements. Deep understanding of Meeters catalogue in order to propose travel arrangements to successfully meet our customers needs according to the Travel Team's guideline. Answering all clients' questions and addressing complaints in a timely manner. Social media groups management and monitoring. Daily follow-up of bookings. Manage inbound and outbound calls. Ensure cross-team alignment of information, tools, and processes. Direct weekly reports to CS' and Travel's Coordinators. Requirements and Attitude: Bachelor's degree in travel, tourism, or an equivalent; Previous working experience in front office roles: performing sales or client service functions; Strong customer service skills with special focus on details; Good negotiation skills and knowledge of negotiation methods; Ability to multitask and work irregular hours when required; Availability to work in our office based in Verona; Ability to work under pressure; Be dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, committed to teamwork; Be a great team player and a professional that other colleagues respect for its integrity and working attitude; Great communication and synthesis skills; Be fluent in English & Italian; other languages will be a plus; Be open-minded, purpose-driven and curious. Nice to have skills: Experience working in tour operators or travel industry would be a plus Previous experience as booking agent / customer service / front office or related fields.
