What's Meeters?We are building a new way to interact with people by leveraging technology.
We have built a community of 37,000 customers that engage through more than 350 events we organize every month to socialize and meet new people with similar interests.
What we are looking forWe have grown a lot since 2019, and our team already counts 40 people! That's why we are looking for a "Booking Specialist" to join our amazing Travel Team. The role consists of being responsible for booking management, customer assistance, allotment control, and following up on bookings in our destination.

What will you do? Role highlightsProvide excellent customer service to Meeters' community: deliver accurate solutions and detailed information about our products, negotiate, and sell accurate and cost-effective travel arrangements.Deep understanding of Meeters' catalog to propose travel arrangements that successfully meet our customers' needs according to the Travel Team's guidelines.Answer all clients' questions and address complaints in a timely manner.Manage and monitor social media groups.Daily follow-up of bookings.Manage inbound and outbound calls.Ensure cross-team alignment of information, tools, and processes.Direct weekly reports to Customer Service and Travel Coordinators.Requirements and Attitude:Bachelor's degree in travel, tourism, or an equivalent;Previous working experience in front office roles: performing sales or client service functions;Strong customer service skills with a special focus on details;Good negotiation skills and knowledge of negotiation methods;Ability to multitask and work irregular hours when required;Availability to work in our office based in Verona;Ability to work under pressure;Be dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, and committed to teamwork;Be a great team player and a professional that other colleagues respect for integrity and work attitude;Great communication and synthesis skills;Fluency in English and Italian; other languages will be a plus;Be open-minded, purpose-driven, and curious.Nice to have skills:Experience working in tour operators or the travel industry would be a plus.Previous experience as a booking agent, customer service representative, front office, or related fields.Company benefits and environment:You will not get bored doing the same thing every week: we always have new projects in the pipeline related to our core product.
