Booking Manager

We are looking for a Booking Manager to join our incoming agency in the South of Tenerife to reinforce our team. As Booking Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a team that handles booking management, stop sales, allotment control, and following up on bookings in our destination. If you enjoy managing bookings and ensuring a high quality of service, we are waiting to meet you.
Main responsibilities: Lead the booking management in our destination.Manage notifications and special requests.Handle stop sales and allotment control.Perform daily follow-ups of bookings.Control the average price per booking and the percentage of occupation in the destination.Maintain contact with TTOO and hoteliers.Manage incidents and complaints.Coordinate the team to ensure the best quality of service.Minimum Requirements: Experience of 2 years in a similar position.High level of English; other languages will be a plus.Tourism studies or related fields.Good knowledge of the destination.Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook.Leadership capability and teamwork capability.
