Bolton Group - Legal Specialist

We are looking for a Legal Specialist to join our Legal team based in Italy, Milan.
How you make the difference: The role's main responsibilities will be to collaborate with and support the team's senior members.
How your agenda looks like: Drafting and reviewing agreements (such as supply, distribution, services, licenses, consulting) both at national and international level;Reviewing marketing materials (such claims and marketing campaigns);Managing IP matters (such trademark search, enforcement activities, patent-related activities and review of the relevant agreements);Managing pre-litigation activities and litigations before relevant authorities;Keeping abreast the legal team and the business stakeholders of the updates in the legal environment where Bolton operates;Delivering trainings (drafting also the relevant materials);Conducting legal researches in order to assess specific business requests;Implementing legal operations activities.How you look like: Graduation in law;4 years of experience as inhouse counsel preferably in international FMCG environments.;Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal);Customer oriented, able to work with tight deadlines, flexible to switch among different matters;Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams managing multiple priorities;Pragmatic & problem-solving approach;High energy and a positive and proactive attitude;Ambitious and with high potential to grow;Perfectly fluent in Italian & English;French is considered as a plus.What's in it for you: Contract Type: PermanentFull Time or Part Time: Full TimeWorking Hours / Remote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available.
