Securities Services has $12 trillion in assets under custody, $2.4 trillion in assets under administration, and 9,200 funds under administration.Business Overview of Securities Services – Transversal Services officerTeams within the Transversal Services perimeter looks after our institutional clients and are mainly responsible to start and coordinate the process of account opening, modification and closure. They have a key role in ensuring a positive experience during the onboarding and business as usual account-opening process. A Transversal Services officer is the point of contact between the client and other relevant teams of the bank, based in Italy or other locations, involved during the operational activities.Primary Responsibilities and related actionsDeliver an efficient account opening processingManage clients' or internal teams requests which may come via email or phoneIdentify the services required by the client and the related impact on the account opening, modification or closure process;Support the preparation and perform duly controls related to the documentation provided by the clientProvide specific forms to the operational teams in charge of the technical client referential set-up; Monitor that all the set-up required for the go live of new account or service have been done on timePerform Vigilance and Italian authorities controlsPerform Stamp Duty calculation Perform the financial instrument set-up into the main Bank tool (opening/maintenance)Collect and manage the audit requests received from our clients' auditorsWhat we expect from youEducation: Students of Master degree in Economics and similar;Behavioral skills: Well organized and accurate; Client focus approach and relational skills, Flexibility – Multitasking; Proactivity and problem solving attitudeContract type and RemunerationThe offer will be a full time 6-months internship.The Company provide a monthly monetary contribution.This announcement is addressed to any gender (D.Lgs. 198/2006)Job Field: OPERATIONSJob Type: StageSchedule: Tempo pieno
