Join us in shaping the future of healthcare at Medtronic!A Day in the Life• Execute biostatistical aspects of research and development project plans for medical device products.• Apply sound statistical methodology throughout the product life cycle.• Summarize data for statistical inference, creating tables and graphs, and contribute to study reports.• Provide specifications and guidance to clinicians and statistical programmers.Must Haves• Bachelor's degree required and a minimum of 2 years of statistical experience in clinical trial design and/or clinical data analysis within the healthcare industry/academia, or advanced degree with a minimum of 1 year of statistical experience in clinical trial design and/or clinical data analysis within the healthcare industry or academia.• Proficient in SAS and/or R programming skillsNice to Haves• Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or Epidemiology• 2+ years of statistics experience within Clinical Research Organization (CRO) service or medical device industry• Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and/or regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical trials and medical devices (e.g. ISO, MDD/MDR)• Knowledgeable regarding research data management and relational database• High level of competency in Windows environment and with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel)• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical content to non-statisticians (written and verbal)• Well-developed interpersonal and collaborative skills.• Team player, willing to go the extra distance to get results, meet deadlines, etc.• To be flexible when priorities change and deal with ambiguity.We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package to all our employees:• Flexible working environment• Annual Incentive Plan % depending on company results• Pension scheme and group discount on healthcare insurance • Training possibilities via Cornerstone/Skills Lab• Employee Assistance Program and Recognize!
