To support this goal, we're looking for the next Project Developer for Biomethane , who will contribute to the expansion and success of our biomethane projects.
Job Location: Bari, Apulia Greater Area and/or Milan or Turin Greater Area.
Your Mission: As a Project Developer for Biomethane , you will play a crucial role in the development, planning, and execution of biomethane projects.
You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from site identification to final implementation, collaborating closely with technical teams, regulatory bodies, and external partners to ensure timely project delivery and operational success.
Your Main Responsibilities will be: Identify and develop biomethane production opportunities , assessing site suitability and resource availability.
Assess the availability of waste to ensure the viability of the plant.
Sign the necessary agreements to secure the waste required for the proper operation of the biomethane plant.
Lead project management activities, including feasibility studies, permitting, and stakeholder coordination.
Negotiate with landowners, regulatory agencies, and technical partners to secure all necessary project approvals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, suppliers, and business partners.
What You'll Need: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Agronomy, Architecture , or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in project development within the renewable energy sector, preferably in biomethane, biogas, or waste-to-energy projects.
Knowledge of Italian regulatory frameworks and permitting processes in renewable energy is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic, results-driven team.
