Biodiversity Strategist

3Bee is a leading company in climate strategy and biodiversity protection and is looking for a Biodiversity Strategist with experience in client management.
This role involves managing environmental sustainability projects, including planning and implementing initiatives to preserve biodiversity, for both companies of different sizes and public bodies.

Responsibility: Manage up to 50 corporate accounts , providing strategic advice on biodiversity issues Develop and implement environmental sustainability and biodiversity projects Ensure proper management of image and brand, preventing greenwashing Collaborate with different teams to ensure project success Communicate effectively in English and at least one other language Develop Monitoring / Regeneration and Training projects directly in the field Requirements: Proven experience in managing clients Expertise in agronomy, environment, or environmental conservation Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on detail and problem solving Excellent communication skills and ability to manage long-term client relationships Our offer: Permanent contract Smart Working Salary commensurate with level of experience : from 30,000 to 35,000 RAL PC & Psychologist Dynamic, young environment, with a strong vision for environmental protection This role offers an opportunity to have a significant impact on biodiversity conservation and climate strategy, working with a variety of clients to deliver bespoke sustainability projects.
