RECS Architects is looking for a talented Architect / BIM Specialist to join our team in Parma.If you have experience with BIM tools and want to contribute to architectural design in a dynamic and stimulating environment, join our team!Job Description and Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed BIM models and architectural designs using Revit software.Edit schematic, detailed, and construction design drawings.Ensure designs comply with project specifications, standards, and client expectations.Analyze and review BIM models, managing BIM project data and workflows to maintain consistency and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.Participate in project review meetings and provide technical support in developing and implementing BIM strategies, standards, and procedures.Stay updated on BIM/Revit standards, practices, and industry trends.Proficient in managing information and extracting data from models.Required Skills and Experience:2-5 years of experience as an Architect/Designer, with Revit as your primary BIM tool.Strong proficiency in Revit.
Familiarity with Naviswork, Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper is a plus.Knowledge of BIM processes regarding content creation and information extraction from the models and operability between modeling.Solid knowledge of BIM industry standards and requirements.In-depth understanding of architectural principles, technical documentation, and regulatory compliance.Ability to do research and translate conceptual ideas into detailed and buildable design solutions.Process driven & highly organized, with a strong attention to detail.Eagerness to improve design process efficiency through new digital technologies and innovations.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a larger team.Excellent communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English.Previous experience working on international projects is highly desirable.Please note: Participation in training courses or master's programs, while valuable, does not meet the qualifications for this position.
