For our headquarters in Milan, we are looking for a **BIM Management Specialist**, to be placed within the **Bidding &** **Engineering Department**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Development of algorithms for tasks automation and optimization within the different BIM scopes (including 4D and 5D modeling);
- Development and deploy of APIs in the different platforms and cloud/based environments to cover Webuild needs and objectives;
- Definition of data templates to organize and integrate information generated through BIM Models;
- Application of AI techniques to structured data to perform predictive activities in projects and tenders;
- Development of reporting apps and dashboards for data analysis and communication.
- Contribute to the implementation of internal standards and procedures related to BIM Data management protocols.
**Requirements**:
- Master's Degree in Engineering o Architecture;
- 1-3 years of proven experience in AEC firms or general contractors;
- Proven experience in use of programming languages (C#, Python) within BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Bentley OpenRail, Synchro 4D, etc;
- Expertise in relational and NoSQL database technologies;
- Ability to extract, organize, report and capitalize data from BIM models and to operate on databases;
- Ability to develop and deploy apps for cloud-bases platforms such as BIM360 and Autodesk Forge;
- Experience in organization, analysis and reporting of data and information in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) industry;
- Willingness to travel (both in Italy and abroad);
- Fluent in English.
