**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of activities resulting in 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D BIM models.
- This position will work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and technicians and will prepare multiple versions for review by both internal and external project stakeholders.
- Calculation of dimensions, limitations, and requirements in the materials and equipment specified.
Work products will need to be both technically correct and presented in a readable and accessible manner per client requirements.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To set you up for success in this role from day one (at a minimum) the following qualifications/experience are required:
- Qualification in computer-aided design, drafting, or similar required.
- A minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Experience with 2D AutoCAD and 3D BIM.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, required.
- Good communications and writing skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English language
