**Role description**:
As BIM Coordinator of the Places Business Area, you will support and lead the digital development of large projects in the industrial, urban regeneration, logistics and data centre sectors.
You will be a transversal figure, skilled in understanding and developing processes in all phases of the construction industry, with excellent communication and time management skills.
You will be involved in multiple activities, ranging from multidisciplinary operational coordination to business development activities, supporting the BIM Lead on BIM Management and BIM consulting projects.
The international environment of Arcadis will also allow you to gain exposure to solutions and projects developed in Europe and worldwide, taking advantage of the exchange of knowledge between different teams and countries.
**Role accountabilities**:
- Production of specific outputs related to Information Management (BEP, EIR, Standards and Guidelines, etc.)
and CDE management.
- Multidisciplinary BIM coordination of internal and external teams (creation of federated models, clash detection, quality control) from the concept phase to construction and handover.
- Supervision of digital processes applied in the project, verifying compliance with information requirements through quality check procedures.
- Promote, together with the BIM Lead, business and consulting activities in the field of digital transformation, BIM implementation and process optimization.
Participate in global initiatives by proposing or developing new digital tools and procedures, also increasing their network.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- A degree in **Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering **, or other relevant academic background in the field.
- **1 to 3 years of professional experience **with projects developed in BIM.
- An **excellent level of English ( **B2).
- **Advanced knowledge of Revit and Navisworks**:
- Knowledge of BIM360/ACC.
- Navigated knowledge of current regulations in the field of Public Procurement and Information Management, in particular UNI 11337 and ISO 19650.
- Excellent organisational skills of multiple resources and management of coordination meetings.
- Proactivity in proposing innovative solutions.
- Ability to be autonomous in carrying out specific activities, also remotely.
Advanced use of the MS Office package.
Will be considered a plus:
- Any certifications or master's degree in Project Management and Information Management.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query.
