The Controller acts to support the Finance Domain Controller and Program Management in an International environment.Responsibilities:Ensure reliability of all financial data of controlled perimeter in compliance with the Company rules and timetableParticipate to bid process and to validate the bid's financial components and the Group intercompany transactions rules application at bid phase and validate the bid's consolidated economic and financial figures as Finance PresenterDuring program execution, coordinate the analysis, update and monitoring of the project's financial components in cooperation with project management and other Finance departmentsCooperate on project initialization (reviewing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), allocating the total budget, implementing management tools and structuring management of risks and opportunities, defining the sales and margin recognition methodMeasure and analyze the costs variances between actuals, forecasts, budget and baselinesEnsure forecasts and monitoring of revenues and cash flowCoordinate and produce monthly consolidated project reports (Dashboard) and forecasts data package with major risks and opportunities identifiedsupport in the definition, achievement and consolidation of Closing, Business Review (BR), Multi Year Budget (MYB), ETC campaign process for Orders, Revenues, P&L, Cash and different focus on financial matters (Order outflow, Reserve)Qualifications:Education: Bachelors Degree in Economics or Management EngineeringExperience : > 5 yearsSpecific Knowledge : Complex Project controlling with skills of consolidationComputer skills (Microsoft Office)Financial Systems (i.e. SAP, Primavera)IFRS knowledge and experience highly desirablePresentation skills (Power Point)Fluent in EnglishAbility to handle multiple tasks at the same time respecting deadlinesSoft Skills:Leadership, pro-activity and time managementTeamwork, positive flexible attitude and ability to deal with peopleCommunication skills included public speaking in Italian and in EnglishAdaptability, self-control, optimism, sociability, accountability, self-motivation, collaboration skills, patience, enthusiasm, confidence, and general professionalismTo work in a multicultural environment / diversity inclusionAt Thales Alenia Space we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
