That means changing the way we fly, fueling jets in an eco-friendly way, keeping buildings smart and safe and even making it possible to breathe on Mars.Your responsibilities:Coordinate Proposal Estimation Team Efforts on assigned Opportunities from Bid-No Bid approval until Order is booked.Create and Maintain Bid Plan and Review / Update Action RAIL, coordinate follow-up calls, assign tasks and support in making them done according to Bid Plan;Assign work to team members, review their assignments and be responsible for accuracy and completeness of estimates.Review and challenge all final estimate packages (with all functions) to ensure reach the best cost and assure accuracy and completeness, prior to formal quotation approval;Support/prepare Proposal documentation, ensuring quality and completeness.Responsible for Approval Process and collection of approvals documents and support on the Review Calls with upper management.Participate in pre-bid meetings, bid strategy and presentations meetings to Honeywell management and customers.Coordinate post-tender clarifications with Customer and proper technical workshops;Provide assistance in negotiation meetings, if necessary;Follow best practice and processes as per PE function and Bid Management Leader indication.Perform all additional assignments as per Bid Management Leader direction.Must have:Fluency in local language and English.Comprehensive understanding and experience of the Bid Management process and best practices.Working experience with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Basic Knowledge of Project Management Methodology.Technical background.Excellent organization, management, and communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Demonstrated success working effectively in a deadline driven environment.Proven ability to work on multiple projects/ opportunities at one time.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Project management.Commercial Acumen.Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.Understands the HBS value proposition and HBS core system, such as BMS, HVAC, Security, Fire.What We Can Offer You:Dynamic, stimulating and creative international work environment.A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovation.The chance to work with cutting edge products and solutions.A competitive salary package.Multiple possibilities to grow within the company structure.If this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.What else do you have to know?Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
