**Job Title: BESS Sales Manager/Business Development Manager**

**About the job**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Identifying strong leads and build the sales pipeline in the region.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for BESS products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, understand market trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, providing them with expert consultation and tailored solutions.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, engaging with key stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
- Develop compelling proposals and negotiate contracts that align with company goals and customer requirements.
- Work closely with technical team, supply chain team and project management team to ensure customer needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance, making strategic adjustments as needed.
- Establish and manage partnerships with distributors, integrators, and other sales channels to expand market reach.
- Stay up to date with the latest BESS technologies and product offerings and provide training for the sales team as necessary.
**About You**
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years in sales with at least 3 years of experience in the energy storage or related industry.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of BESS technologies, market dynamics, and renewable energy systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Good command of English.
**Nice to Have**:
- Certification in energy management or a related field.
- Experience with international sales and cross-cultural business relations.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing energy storage solutions
