This role involves developing new products and improving existing ones in the lab. To succeed in this role, you must be able to handle several projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with other departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in the formulation of polyurea, urethanes, and foam tech for the creation of coatings, plastics, rubbers, foam, or similar industry experience. Bench Chemist (Formulation exp req) Responsibilities •    Develop and improve chemical formulations
•    Operate testing equipment like viscometers and durometers
•    Interact with customers to develop new products and provide technical support
•    Ensure quality control on assigned projects
•    Generate technical data for data sheets and marketing materials
•    Provide technical information for technical data sheets and marketing material
•    Work directly with quality control and production on assigned projects
•    Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure products align with customer needs 
Bench Chemist (Formulation exp req) Qualifications •    Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field required
•    3+ years of formulation experience required
•    Coatings, plastics, rubbers, foam, or similar industry experience required
•    Proven product application development experience required
