Position: Behaviour Support Assistant Type: Fulltime Permanent Location: Croydon School Information: Our school provides alternative education for students with behavioural difficulties.
The Behaviour Support Assistant will play a key role in helping students to reintegrate and succeed.
Responsibilities: Provide oneonone and small group behavioural support.
Develop and implement behaviour management plans.
Work closely with teachers and the SENCo to monitor progress.
Build strong relationships with students to foster a positive learning environment.
Experience and Qualifications: Experience working with students with behavioural challenges.
Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
A clear DBS check.
