Before and Afterschool Part-Time Site Supervisor/Director - Rome, Oneida, Whitesboro The YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley is hiring for multiple positions for our "Y Care" program, which is a licensed before and after school program operating in the Rome, Oneida, Whitesboro, Stockbridge, VVS, Waterville, NY Mills, and other Central NY and Mohawk Valley elementary schools. Applicants must be able to work from 3-6 PM, M-F, or mornings from 7-9, or both. We are seeking qualified applicants who enjoy working with children, implement lesson plans, use positive reinforcement, and comply with NYS OCFS regulations. We have openings for the following: Site Directors/Site Supervisors in the Oneida, Rome, and Whitesboro areas. Requirements Site Director/Multi-Site Director: Associates or higher in Education, Child Development, Recreation, or related field (or 2 years of college with 18 credit hours in Education or Child Development or related field) and 1 year supervising adults in a child care setting and 2 years supervising children. (Education can be exchanged for current NYS Children's Program Administrator Credential, School Age Child Care Credential, or other credential deemed appropriate to SACC development).
