We are offering a great work experience in Porto, Portugal for a role as a Beauty Customer Advisor - Italian speaker.
Why a Beauty Customer Advisor role is great for your professional and personal development: Live in Porto and embrace multicultural experiences Represent an international Beauty brand Fast-track career development opportunity What does your day-to-day in this role look like: Customer contact via live chat, phone, emails, web forms, or social media Management of consumer requests relating to information and complaints Providing excellent solutions and service Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise, and timely manner ECOM advice (questions related to returns, deliveries, or refunds) Care advice (questions related to products, product alternatives, or product specifics) Database maintenance (questions related to GDPR, unsubscribing from newsletters, data breaches) HRC (registration of reports about health-related conditions) What do you need to be successful at this job?
