The Business Developer Manager builds up and expands business relationships. He/she implements proper solutions, initiatives and activities to keep key customers and acquiring new customers, drawing up commercial strategies in alignment with the Sales & Marketing Manager.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Achieving assigned goals on own territory (Campania, Sicilia, Puglia, Basilicata e Calabria).
- Identification market potentials by segmentation and targeting customers and analysis of the competition.
- Identify, propose and implement sales opportunities in alignment with the strategies plans of the BU to generate more sales and gain Market Share.
- Coordinate external sales force and provide them the necessary support to generate sales opportunities.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals and forecasts.
- Tender management.
- Define the most appropriate price strategy in coordination with S&M Manager.
- Build a strong relationship with the main stakeholders.
- Developing a thorough understanding of customer needs
- Developing long-term strategies for customer retention
- Resolving customer complaints promptly to maintain trust.
- Guarantee the proper usage of our products through customer trainings.
- Participation in events and fairs.

**Experiences**: previous work experience as Key Account or Account manager (preferably in Critical/Intensive Care market).

**Education**: bachelor's or master's degree.
**Travel**: over 50% time
**Based**: Napoli/Palermo/Catania
