In this Business Development Manager role, you will be responsible for the business development activities related to the Pharma sector, managing the acquisition of new business and supporting the operations in existing customer management and contract renewal.
YOU WILL: You'll research industry trends to stay in tune with your customer base.
You'll partner with Solutions Design function and Operations to develop strategies and solutions specific to each customer's needs.
You'll combine your own sales approach with our standardized tools providing scalability and sustainability across our sales process.
You'll build long-term partnerships between customers, operations, and other support teams.
You'll align internal resources and coordinate cross-functional teams to create a seamless solution for current or future customers – delivering on our promise to be The Provider of Choice.
You'll develop a pipeline of projects to meet individual and business revenue goals.

Now, here's what we need from you: University Degree in Economics or Engineering; At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in an Operations position in a Logistic/Supply Chain Industry or Healthcare; Excellent customer management and sales skills; Business acumen and marketing knowledge; Advanced negotiation skills; Fluent level of English.
