YellowSquare is seeking a dynamic and professional Supervisor/Senior Bartender to enhance our guests' experience.

Key Responsibilities: Beverage Mastery: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, hot and cold.
Inventory Management: Stock and maintain inventory according to storage requirements.
Clean and Maintain: Dismantle and clean machinery as needed.
Guest Interaction: Take orders, serve food and drinks, and engage with our guests to ensure a delightful experience.
Payment Processing: Handle customer payments efficiently and ensure the cash register is accurate and balanced.
Special Requests: Address special requests and answer any questions to provide top-notch service.
Team Coordination: Coordinate a small team and collaborate with various departments within the hostel.
Feedback: Deliver feedback at the end of every shift.
Requirements: Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate within a team and across departments.
Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours; shifts are 8.5 hours, 5 days a week, from 7:30 am to 2:30 am, Monday to Sunday.
Customer Service Excellence: Committed to delivering outstanding service.
Language Proficiency: Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Italian.
