Bartender

Armani Hotel Milan, 5 stars luxury hotel located in the heart of the famous Milan fashion district, is looking for a Bartender to join our Food & Beverage Department at Armani/Bamboo Bar.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Armani Hotel Standards.• Service and take orders from guests of the Bamboo Bar offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks.• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.• Breakdown, clean and set-up of bar area; properly follow checklist and be able to performs all aspects of opening and closing duties.• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors; understand Armani Hotel style, practices, culture, terminology, and general philosophy.• Maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external guests and relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organizations.•Attend training sessions and internal meetings as and when required.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian• Previous experience in similar or related positions• Excellent communication and organization skills• Able to work calmly & confidently under pressureApplicants must hold legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.Role: BartenderJob Type: Permanent ,Full TimeLocation: Milan,Apply for this job now.
