As Bar Manager, you will also be a role model for our Team, being involved in the hiring, training and development of the Atrium staff.Main responsibilities:Own and execute the Atrium Bar concept, being passionate about the dynamic, evolving bar industry and in tune with direct competitive market.Create a strategic vision for the bar maintaining a high service standard, including revenue generation and ensuring market share.Be visible in the operation, provide guests recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.Describe and ensure quality of all food and beverage items, ingredients and preparation.Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.Recruit, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all bar employees according to Four Seasons standards.Work alongside the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Head Bartender to design an effective menu and cocktail list while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price.Our Ideal Bar Manager will have:Minimum two years' experience in a related position within a luxury environment.Strong leadership, organizational and people skills, as well as a drive to deliver an exceptional level of service.Problem solving, benchmark and innovation capacities.Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails and menu writing.
Familiarity and interpretation of P&L statements.Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.Legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
