Banking Processes PMO: Your role: As a Banking Processes PMO, your challenges will include: Analysis mapping and review of existing Banking processes;Support to define workflow procedures;Defining processes to ensure timely update of documents to guarantee regulatory compliance;Procedure and policies reclassification and review based on taxonomy; Requirements: Master's Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration;From 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;Knowledge of Corporate Banking Processes and procedures (e.g. Loans and credit lines management, compliance, operational management of corporate customers, Stock-Treasury-Derivatives);Experience in the development and review of policies and procedures (strong asset) related to Banking processes;Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;Knowledge of the Corporate banking governance (desirable);Familiarity with designing and proposing organizational improvements;Organization skills and client-oriented;English and Italian are mandatory;Work Permit for Luxembourg is requested. Nice to have: Not only that. We are looking for a person with: Strong interest in growing in Banking contexts;Results-oriented, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills;Critical thinking and problem solving; Where I will be:
