How you will contribute Sales Audit and reconciliation of sales Discounts and Price overrides analysis Registration of Stock adjustments Follow up on packaging and staff uniforms Support the team in managing the inbound flow and related reports Management of the return to vendor flow and related reports Support the team in carrying out cycle counts and annual stock-takes, investigate the discrepancies and post the results Prevent and monitor inventory discrepancies Monthly closure reporting Monthly reconciliations of purchases from main suppliers Problem solving on deliveries, i.e. missing units, faulty items , etc Who you are Strong analytical skills and good capacity in Excel will be considered as a plus Problem Solving and Results oriented Ability to work in a team Excellent communication skills Language skills: Good knowledge English, French will be considered as a plus Knowledge of AS400/SAP will be considered as a plus.
