JOB PURPOSE The intern will support the team's projects related to identifying and testing new and innovative technologies related to bakery products. The selected individual will participate in experiments conducted in the lab, pilot plants, and industrial production lines.

Starting with a clear objective, the individual will develop strategies, generate ideas, and create action plans to achieve valuable outcomes. He/She will share their activities and results with their direct tutor and other stakeholders, including RDQ colleagues and other colleagues at Global level. There will also be opportunities to engage with external partners, such as machinery and sensor producers, as well as scientific collaborators.

Key accountabilities and main activities Manage a project through various stages, including idea generation, validating rationales, testing and exploring different possibilities, and evaluating products through analytics and sensory tests.

REQUIREMENTS Technical background (Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry); Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken; Ability to organize daily activities based on assigned tasks; Passion for the food industry; Curiosity; Capability to build strong relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
