We are looking for a full-time Backoffice Sales Administrator - Italy (m/f/d) located in Bologna, Italy. Your tasks with us: Customer Interface:
Act as the primary contact for customers, coordinating communication between them and the EP organization. Order Processing & Procurement:
Manage customer orders and vehicle procurement, ensuring accurate and timely execution in the ERP system. Dealer Network Coordination:
Support the dealer network across Europe with a focus on Italy, assisting with dealer onboarding and acquisition. Transport & Delivery Coordination:
Plan and oversee truck deliveries in collaboration with logistics providers and internal teams. Proactive Customer Support:
Provide proactive customer communication, sharing updates on sales measures and promotions. Sales Team Support:
Assist the Sales Managers by preparing materials and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks. Requirements Previous experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, knowledge in HubSpot is an advantage Experience in transport and logistics coordination is highly desirable, but not a must. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and maintain an overview in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with telephone communication and managing customer relationships across regions.
