Job Description As part of the Tech Team Italy, you will design, document and write well-crafted, testable, readable and maintainable code; work closely with stakeholders to understand and develop solutions to their business problems; use your understanding of software best practices to influence the design and architecture of our software; participate actively in code reviews to ensure quality and distribute knowledge; contribute to the debugging and troubleshooting of a complete stack of services.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in engineering, software development or related technical field.
Highly proficient in Php, Node JS, Python or GO.
Ability to design and implement applications on one or more of the following cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform, MS Azure, AWS.
Experience working with modern frameworks and with design patterns.
Database query and analysis experience, in both SQL and with ORMs.
REST API development and/or event-driven architectures.
Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work closely with team while remote (Slack, Google Meet, Zoom) and with Agile workflows (Kanban, Scrum, XP).
Additional Information More preferred skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with virtualization, containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes or serverless architectures.
Strong experience with relational databases writing complex queries and statements.
Cross platform database experience MongoDB, Postgres, Redis, DynamoDB, etc.
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
