Your Role We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evolving cloud-native solutions. You will help drive the Technogym ecosystem, which includes gym equipment, mobile and web applications, and third-party integrations. You'll use best practices in software development to deliver scalable, highly available, and secure cloud services.
Your Impact Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using C# (.NET) and Node.js. Architect and manage cloud-native services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and security to streamline delivery pipelines and ensure security and compliance. Handle incidents, improve alerting systems, and maintain service uptime, collaborating with the infrastructure team. Leverage AI tools to review, debug, and optimize code. About You 4-5 years of professional experience in cloud-native backend development. Strong understanding of distributed systems, data-intensive architectures, and scalability principles. Experience with Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies. Proven track record of managing and delivering complex software projects. Excellent debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with event-driven architectures, asynchronous and real-time data pipelines. Experience tracking project outcomes via OKRs or KPIs, with a focus on continuous delivery and operational excellence. Experience with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Codeio, Cursor or similar.
