Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties Drafting BoD and SH's meeting; Preparation and filing of the so-called Certificazione Unica; Telematic submission to the tax Authority of the files related to the payments, Tax returns, Vat returns; Management of the process related to the "holding communication"; Updating of any relevant certificates for tax purposes; Preparation and filing of any practices to the Chamber of Commerce; Updating of the relevant company books; Preparation and submission of the quarterly Vat returns (LIPE); Intrastat returns; Support to Management of Authorities Portal (GSE, ARERA, ENEL, Consortium, etc.
); Supervision of PEC's (drafting letters/requests, notification to authorities, etc.
); Support to Management of administrative documentation for tender/projects/request by clients; Support to Management of internal process (D365 software). Key Requirements Prior experience of at least 1-2 years; Good oral and written communication skills in Italian and English; Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Ability to work in a team; Good organization and willingness to follow procedures; Ability to manage priorities and deadlines; Autonomy in handling tasks; Problem-solving attitude.
