YOOX are now seeking a talented Back office Planner YOOX to join the team.

Location: Italy, Office in Zola Predosa
Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
- OTB and Orders upload and update into Navision
- Liaises with Merchandising Team to supervise and analyze Buying Campaign, Suppliers portfolio, identifying blockers and speed up time crossing
- Liaises with Inbound teams to resolve any discrepancies between vendor documents and Navision's purchase order in a timely manner
- Support Operations and Digital Production in managing product workflow issues, identifying blockers and speed up time crossing
- Coordinate with Administration & Treasury for managing packing list vs received stock discrepancies
- Liaises daily with Tech for any system/tooling issues
The type of person we are looking for:
- Knowledge of Finance and planning;
- Knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Excel is mandatory)
- Knowledge of ERP;
- Problem solving and proactive attitude;
- Very strong relationship and communications skills;
- Attention to the details, hard worker and passionate about his/her job;
- Good time management of projects and tasks, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities;
- Strong ability to work under pressure;
- Perfect fluency in English is mandatory_
